Stair & balcony structural rebuild
Service Works Plus rebuilt exterior stairs and a walkway overhang with rotted framing and failing supports at an apartment complex in Grand Junction. We opened the structure, removed the damaged members, and rebuilt it with new posts, beams, and framing.

Apartment remodel
