What happens to what you send us
Service Works Plus runs a small website. This page describes, plainly, what the quote form collects and where it goes.
What the quote form collects
Only what you type into it. That is your name, your phone number, an optional email address, the type of project, your description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach.
Nothing is required beyond your name, a phone number, and a description of the project. Photos are optional, and the form accepts up to five images totalling 10 MB.
The form carries one hidden field that you will never see, used to catch automated spam. It collects nothing about you: a real person always leaves it empty.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered by email to Service Works Plus at curtis@serviceworksplus.com. Delivery is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service. Your submission passes through FormSubmit in order to reach our inbox, so their handling of it is governed by their own terms.
We use what you send to understand your project and reply to you about it.
How long we keep it
This website has no database and stores nothing. There is no account to create and no record kept here. Your submission exists as an email in the Service Works Plus inbox, and it stays there like any other email until it is deleted.
What this site does not do
Your details are not added to any mailing list. This website has no mechanism to publish, share, or send what you submit to anyone other than Service Works Plus by the delivery path described above. Photos you attach are sent as email attachments and are not uploaded to any gallery, album, or public page on this site.
The nine project photographs shown in the portfolio are Service Works Plus's own work, published with permission. Nothing a visitor submits through the form is ever added to them.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand how people find us. It is the only analytics tool on the site and the only company, besides our hosting provider and the form service described above, that receives anything when you visit.
Google Analytics sets two cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_DXJ5H27JV4. They store a random identifier so that several page views can be recognised as one visit rather than as several strangers. They do not contain your name, your phone number, or anything you typed into the quote form.
What Google Analytics records: which pages you looked at and when, how you arrived here (for example a Google search, a link from another site, or typing the address in directly), your approximate location worked out from your IP address, and general details about your device and browser. Your IP address is used to work out that approximate location and is not stored by Google Analytics.
What it is used for: seeing how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether they go on to contact us. That is the whole purpose. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no remarketing, no ad targeting, and nothing collected here is sold.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab). Blocking it changes nothing else about how this site works, and the quote form will still send normally.
The fonts are served from this website rather than from a font provider, so page styling still makes no request to any other company.
Standard web server logs, kept by the hosting provider, will record ordinary request information such as IP address and browser. That is a function of the hosting, not of anything this site adds.
Questions, or want your details removed
This website is built and managed for Service Works Plus by Kona Studios LLC. For anything about this page, about what the form collects, or to ask for a submission to be deleted, contact the website developer at support@konadevstudio.com.
For anything about your actual project, quote, or job, contact Service Works Plus directly on 505-320-4642.
If you would rather not use the form at all, calling works just as well and sends us nothing in writing.
